(eudc-bob-can-display-inline-images): Use
display-graphic-p.
(eudc-bob-display-jpeg) <!eudc-xemacs-p>: Test create-image bound
and that JPEG is available.
(eudc-bob-toggle-inline-display): Avoid non-existent `imagep'.
